6:15 pm: Check-in for the event opens with Welcome Drinks on arrival

7:00 pm: Event Starts

If you are staying in the Lyrath Estate, guaranteed check-in time is 4.00pm, although some rooms may be available earlier.

Please note, there will be no physical or digital tickets for this event. Instead, we will have a check-in desk at the ballroom entrance. Tickets will not be available at the door, as this is a planned seating event.
