We are often looking for dynamic and committed individuals to join our Executive Committee.

The IHF Executive Committee consists of 16 members.

•         The President
•         Vice-President
•         General Secretary
•         Treasurer
•         Ex-Officio (Immediate Past President)
•     Plus 11 Ordinary Members

All of whom work closely with one another to help plan and execute events, develop industry policies, and support the overall mission of the Federation.

Our Mission Statement

“The Irish Hairdressers Federation (IHF) is the largest representative body of the Irish Hairdressing and Industry. We are totally committed to representing all salon owners and entrepreneurs in all aspects of our industry offering advice in building successful business, employment law, contracts, education and certification.  We actively campaign on issues that affect our members and their businesses”.

Responsibilities as a member of the Executive Committee:

•     Attend and participate in committee meetings (held monthly via zoom and in-person)
•     Support the Federations mission through various projects and initiatives
•     Collaborate with other committee members and represent the interests of our members
