Minimum Industry Experience

Candidates must have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in the hairdressing industry.

Commitment to Growth

Applicants must show how they have developed and grown professionally since qualifying. This could include learning new techniques, exploring creative opportunities, or expanding their skill set through practical experience or education.

Passion for Trends and Techniques

A keen interest in emerging trends, styling techniques, and innovation in hairdressing is essential.

Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills

Salon-Based Hairdressers

Applicants must currently work in an IHF member salon.
